uxmock provides an AI-powered platform that enables UX designers to:

• Practice presentation and communication skills in a simulated interview environment

Our Service is available in both free and premium (Pro) tiers, with varying features and limitations as described on our website.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

Our Pro subscription is available for $19.99 per month and offers enhanced features including:

5.3 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor
• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge $19.99 monthly
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• We do not offer free trials for Pro features

5.4 Billing and Renewal

• Pro subscriptions automatically renew monthly and are billed in advance
• You will be charged $19.99 at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for the current billing period - you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your paid period
• Upon cancellation, your account will automatically revert to the free tier at the end of the billing period

5.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will take effect at your next billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• Permission to use aggregated, anonymized data derived from your use to improve our AI models and Service functionality
• The right to store and process your content as necessary to provide the Service

You have the right to:

• Download and export your interview data, recordings, and performance analytics at any time
• Request deletion of your content and associated data
• Control how your data is used through your account privacy settings

6.4 AI-Generated Content

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

• We strive to maintain smooth and reliable Service uptime and availability
• However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access due to potential cloud service provider downtime, maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond our control
• We will make reasonable efforts to minimize Service disruptions and provide advance notice of planned maintenance when possible
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from Service unavailability due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFAI, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
